The Prestige Group recently launched a total of five properties in Bengaluru and all these properties are located in Promenade Road, Koramangala, Whitefield and Yelahanka areas. All these properties comprise of four assets under residential and one is under the umbrella of commercial properties.
Prestige Déjà Vu, at Promenade Road, is designed to have 40 residential units, 21 floors along with 3BHk and 4 BHk apartments. Similarly, the Prestige Pine Wood, at Koramangala, covers 2.5 acres and comprises of 256 premium residential flats in unit sizes of 2BHk, 2.5BHk, 3BHk and 4BHk. This residential project by Prestige Group in Bengaluru also has a clubhouse, mini theatre, banquet hall, gymnasium, billiards, table-tennis room, swimming pool and a spa.
The third project is Prestige Boulevard, located at Whitefield is designed in 2.54 acres and comprises of 144 premium residences along with 2BHk and 3BHK. The fourth residential project by Prestige Group in Bengaluru is named as Prestige Woodside and here the developer offers opulent row houses near Yelahanka.
The single commercial property launched by Prestige Group in Bengaluru is named as Prestige Cube and it is situated at Koramangala. This commercial project will be built across 64,000 sqft and this 2-storey building is customized to meet the requirements of WeWork.
Irfan Razack, chairman and managing director, Prestige Group, said that the Indian real estate sector has multiple growth opportunities as the Government offer assurance of more credit support to developers while working on the reforms like Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the Goods and Service Tax (GST).
He further said that the company plans expansion in Mumbai and National Capital Region (NCR) as part of a strategic move to venture into the residential and commercial property markets of new localities.
