Apeejay Surrendra Group Leases 11,000 Sq Ft Coworking Space in Delhi

To expand its business network, Apeejay Surrendra Group has recently leased around 11,000 sqft of co-working office space at Barakhamba Road in central Delhi area. Space has a seating capacity of 220 seats and this is the group’s 11th business center in the country. With this, the company’s total capacity has expanded to 2300 seats.

Speaking on the recent development, Apeejay Real Estate CEO Shouvik Mandal said, “The group has taken around 11,000 sq ft of coworking office space in Barakhamba Road for its new center. This is our second office in the Delhi-NCR. The group will run Apeejay Business Centre (ABC) from this space”

The company will offer seats in a price range of Rs 22,000-Rs 25000 per month in this center.

He further said that Barakhamba is one of the premium business hubs where the demand for curated office spaces for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and corporates is ever-growing. Seeing this demand, we have expanded our legs in Delhi so that we can also become part of growing participatory culture and collaborative work zones.

With this expansion, Apeejay Business Centre now has three centers in Kolkata, two each in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Pune, and one in Hyderabad and Chennai. The group has achieved revenue of Rs 20 crore last year and is aiming to reach Rs 30 crore by the end of this financial year.
