In six months, Eccosphere a Coworking firm plans to invest nearly 12 Crore in India

Eccosphere, a co-working space provider firm plans an investment of Rs.11-12 crore in the next six months in India. Gautam Duggal, CEO and co-founder of the company shared this information.

He also said that the company has invested approximately Rs. 9.75 crore till date and the firm plans to open four new centres in the National capital region [NCR] by December 2019. All these centres will be based on revenue-share model.

Recently the company leased 45,000 sq.ft. space in Okhla locality of national capital and will have 1200-1300 seating once the same becomes operational. Also, the company will charge Rs. 5,500-13,500 per seat every month.

CEO Duggal also said that the company has two product lines one is Ecosphere and the other is Ecosphere Lite. The second one is more denser in terms of seating arrangement.

The company is also planning to commence its own incubator and is likely to make an investment of Rs. 1 crore in the start-ups. CEO, however said that the plan is in initial stages.

In March 2018, Duggal along with Mohtashim Aquil started the company and presently the firm has one functional co-working space across 26,000 sq. ft. in Sector 67, Noida.

 Eccoshphere is the co-working firm started with the aim to create a positive atmosphere in India’s co-working sector.
