Smartworks acquire two office spaces in National Capital Region

Smartworks, the flexible office space providing company has acquired two workspaces of more than 3 lakh sq. ft. in Gurgaon and Delhi-Noida Expressway in the national capital region. The office spaces are taken on a lease of 9 years.

The company marked expanded its presence upto 2 million sq. ft. in India by investing $30 million till now.

Smartworks has also made their presence felt in the national capital region as now they have office space of more than 4 lakh sq. ft. that includes 6 pre-acquired centres in Gurgaon, Delhi and Noida.

The new office spaces have a seating capacity of 6500 and have been acquired via the lease payment mode. This acquaintance is a part of company’s expansion plan as they have taken the total number of desks to more than 40,000 across 20 centres.

The Smartworks firm is planning to expand its business to 20 million sq. ft. in the next 3-5 years.

Neetish Sarda, the founder of Smartworks said that we have grown to a lot since the inception in April 2016 and have moved from one 9,800 sq. ft. centre in Delhi to 2 million sq. ft. all over India he also said that we are progressing in a steady manner towards the aim of reaching 20 million sq. ft.

The company is hopeful to get both the centers in Gurgaon and on Delhi-Noida Expressway operational in the next two months.
