Pulwama Terror attack: CREDAI proposes free homes to victims’ families

To help the families of Pulwama Terror attack victims, Realtors developers’ body, Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has proposed to offer free homes to them. As per their proposal, one home with 2 BHK configurations will be offered to the martyrs’ families in their respective districts.

Elaborating on the news, CREDAI President Jaxay Shah, said, “We offer our heartfelt condolences to the families of the brave martyrs. As a small and humble gesture of support and solidarity, CREDAI offers to provide free houses to the victims’ families in their respective cities and states. The entire nation stands with them during this extremely difficult phase,”

Apart from this, CREDAI has also decided to offer free maintenance to these houses for a span of 5 years.

Just a day back, State Bank of India has also announced an immediate loan waiver to the 23 CRPF martyrs who have borrowed money from the bank.

On February 14, a convoy carrying CRPF personnel was attacked by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber at Lethpora (near Awantipora) in the Pulwama district. 40 security personnel martyred leading to the biggest attack on the Army after the Uri Attack.
