Puravankara, the well-known realtor of Bengaluru is planning the expansion of its commercial portfolio by adding 10 million sq. ft. space to the commercial and retail operations in the coming five years.
The realtor initiated its first step toward expansion by acquiring land parcels in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. In the current scenario, the developer has thee commercial projects in Bengaluru that are Purva Premier, Purva Mall and Purva Gainz. Apart from these three, Purva Primus and Purva Summit are the commercial projects of the group in Chennai and Hyderabad which total land parcel to 1.3 million sq ft.
Apart from the above-mentioned projects, the Puravankara group has four proposed projects in Bengaluru Yeshwanthpur, Kanakapura Road, Old Madras Road, and Kadiganahalli. The developer also has four projects proposed in Pune’s Kondhwa, Wagholi, Hinjewadi and Mundhwa.
Other than these, a couple of more projects are in the completion stage and the acquisition of the same will total it to the development of 10 million sq. ft. land parcel in the next five years.
Earlier, the Puravankara group in collaboration with leased 2.1 lakh sq.ft office space to CoWrks. Both these land parcels are located in two-IT cities that are Bengaluru and Gurugram. The realtor also has a premium residential project named BluNex Life.
