ATS Group to Invest 2,000 Crore in Affordable Housing Project

The NCR-based ATS Group is decided to invest rupees 2,000 Crore in the Affordable Housing Scheme. The group has planned to build residential units for the mid-income group in the budget of Rs 1,500- 2,000 crore. Also, these homes will be built under the banner of Home Kraft.

 

The housing project is scheduled to be completed in next 3-5 years and will have 6000-6500 residential units. The ATS group is expected to incur revenue between Rs 4,000-5,000 crore.

 

The Central Government has introduced Affordable Housing Scheme in order to deliver Housing for All in by 2022. Also, many people in the Middle-Income group [MIG] and Economically Weaker Sections [EWS] can live their dream of being a landlord.
