Experts Applaud Efforts by Modi Government to Boost India’s Realty Sector :
As the Modi Government is better engaging itself to create opportunities for a better India, experts close to the real estate segment strongly feel that the efforts being taken by the Government to boost the real estate sector are in the right direction.
However, experts do believe that it will take some time to get the desired results from these efforts by the government. Experts also point out that the India’s real estate sector continues to be in largely unorganized space but things are moving in the right direction.
And as the government is increasing its effort to create better best practice models in real estate, end customers are set to benefit from these actions as there will be much more organized approach to create opportunities in real estate segment.
With the government engaging itself in reforming the real estate map of the country, more people can get loans, easily and hence there can more number of people who can buy affordable homes.
And as a result of these efforts, there could be better bench marking for real estate projects such as the easy availability of ‘star rating’ which is given by Crisil, a Standard & Poor’s company.
